Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Connect and maintain data from multiple sources including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and Google Sheets into a unified reporting system
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or equivalent tools to visualize key business metrics
• Analyze business workflows and define KPIs to provide actionable insights for efficiency and automation
• Deliver real-time analytics, trend analysis, and forecasting for Sales, Marketing, and technical teams
• Collaborate with department heads to capture requirements and train teams on BI tools for self-service reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in BI development, process analytics, or similar roles
• Proficiency in Power BI (or Tableau/Qlik), DAX, and data modelling
• Strong experience with ETL processes, data preparation, and transformation
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases for data extraction and manipulation
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho Projects
