Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Define, standardize, and maintain key business metrics and KPIs
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities through data analysis
• Build, test, and maintain scalable data models and datasets for reporting
• Design, develop, and maintain intuitive and scalable dashboards using Tableau or similar tools
• Automate and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all analytical outputs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematical, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence
• Proven experience in full-cycle dashboard development
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical databases like Vertica, ClickHouse, or Trino
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop or other enterprise BI tools
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and metric governance
• Knowledge of data analysis methods and basic statistics
• Understanding of AI/LLM applications in analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• Tableau Certified Data Analyst or Architect certifications
• Practical experience with Semantic Layer or analytics engineering tools
