Responsibilities

• Track business volume KPIs and provide early risk alerts to stakeholders
• Conduct granular analysis of transaction volume changes driven by regulations or macroeconomic factors
• Build predictive models for mid- and long-term trends
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze profitability and operational efficiency
• Define core business metrics and collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data products like dashboards and data warehouse tables

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or ETL
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Fluent English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage
• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services is preferred
