Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex data sets to answer strategic and operational business questions
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to shape product features and future roadmaps
• Build dashboards and reports to enhance company-wide awareness of key business metrics and customer experiences
• Ensure data is accurate, reliable, and easily accessible for management and customers

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of analytical experience, preferably in fintech or the trading industry
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying large and complex datasets
• Advanced Excel skills
• Methodical approach to data analysis with the ability to present findings clearly
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Qlik
• Knowledge of statistical tools and models such as R or SAS
