Business Intelligence Analyst (BI)

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and consolidate data from pharmaceutical audits (e.g., IMS, IQVIA, or other industry sources)
• Design BI dashboards and reports to support various business areas
• Identify market trends, opportunities, and risks through deep data analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all reporting
• Automate reporting processes and optimize analytical tools to drive commercial and operational strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Mandatory experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong expertise in analyzing audit data and complex databases
• Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database management
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical capacity, result orientation, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with industry-specific tools (e.g., IQVIA solutions)
• Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis
• Experience with ETL processes and report automation
• Intermediate to advanced English language skills
