Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and data needs
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and KPI tracking tools
• Develop dynamic Power Apps applications to digitize business processes
• Use Power Automate to streamline workflows and reporting cycles
• Develop Python scripts for data processing and automation
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks
• Support data governance standards and database design

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis
• Strong expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Solid SQL knowledge
• Basic to intermediate Python skills (e.g., Pandas)
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Proficiency in English (C1 level)
• Experience with Azure data services is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of French or German
• Exposure to AI/ML in analytics
