Business Intelligence Advisor

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement strategies leveraging data models and business intelligence tools for improved decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure the delivery of accurate business intelligence solutions.
• Support all stages of advanced analytics development, including exploratory data analysis and the deployment of AI/ML-based decision support solutions.
• Develop optimized queries using SQL, Alteryx, or Python to extract complex datasets from ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Partner with Digital Product Managers and data science teams to build and test scalable products leveraging advanced analytical models.
• Execute rollout plans for digital applications, including training and onboarding for key end users.
• Monitor the performance of predictive and prescriptive models using established KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, science, operations research, or a supply chain discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business or data analyst role, specifically supporting global supply chain operations.
• At least 1 year of experience with analytical tools and advanced modeling using Python or R.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in data visualization using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Quicksight.
• At least 1 year of experience working within supply chain functions such as planning, logistics, or material management.
• Proficiency in SQL for data wrangling and modeling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to forecasting models, optimization, or supply chain design tools (e.g., Llamasoft).
• Experience with machine learning and AI solutions (NLP, LLMs) applied to predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Familiarity with Agile software development frameworks and testing practices.
• Experience contributing to the development of commercial-grade software applications for supply chain use cases.
