Responsibilities
- Prepare executive-level presentations by synthesizing financial and operational data
- Collect, structure, and interpret financial and operational data into actionable recommendations
- Support and coordinate complex cross-functional projects
- Monitor project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Build a strong understanding of key performance drivers and operational priorities
- Engage effectively with stakeholders across business units and senior management
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Management Consulting or related roles
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint for executive storytelling
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) or presentation tools (Canva, Beautiful.ai)
- Experience in financial analysis, business cases, and performance tracking
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Fluency in Greek and English
