Business Insights Lead

Responsibilities

• Generate actionable insights from complex operational datasets including WMS, TMS, and labour systems
• Translate data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations for key stakeholders
• Define and track performance metrics to drive operational outcomes
• Partner with leaders across operations, finance, and commercial teams to influence decision-making
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, cost efficiency, and service outcomes
• Support the development of reporting solutions using Power BI, Snowflake, and automation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial analysis, business analysis, or data-driven roles
• Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience with Power BI or Snowflake is desirable
• Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or operational environments is highly regarded
