Business Insights Analyst - Consumer Health

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for clients, managing service aspects including case management and change request management.
• Coordinate with internal business partners such as Key Account Management, Marketing, and Data Management, as well as offshore teams.
• Independently create customer-specific reports, data analyses, and presentations.
• Ensure optimal service delivery by resolving issues promptly and continuously optimizing service processes.
• Advise clients on methodologies, specify new requirements, and coordinate projects and effort estimations with technical and sales teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Healthcare, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in Customer Service Management, Data Analysis, or Market Research within the Pharma, OTC, or FMCG sectors (recent graduates are also welcome).
• Strong analytical mindset, numeracy skills, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
• Excellent service orientation and a confident professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
