Business Incubator Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage incubator programs, including workshops, mentorship, and demo days.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard high-potential startups into the incubation program.
• Provide hands-on advisory support to founders regarding business strategy, market validation, and fundraising.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government entities, corporates, investors, and mentors.
• Oversee day-to-day incubator operations, including logistics, documentation, and resource planning.
• Lead and supervise Program Associates and project-based team members.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed impact reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in startup incubation, acceleration, entrepreneurship support, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and venture building.
• Proven experience mentoring founders and delivering entrepreneurial workshops.
• Excellent stakeholder management and partnership-building skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to be hands-on in both strategic planning and operational execution.
