Business Improvement Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver business improvement and transformation projects
• Analyse current processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Facilitate change management initiatives across departments
• Monitor project performance, KPIs, and business outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive a continuous improvement culture
• Prepare reports, recommendations, and presentations for senior leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience in business improvement, operational excellence, or process optimisation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing projects and driving organisational change
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
