About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic planning for the Mannheim plant for the upcoming year
  • Assist the Digitalization & Automation departments in the conception and implementation of various projects
  • Create data analyses, documentation, KPI reports, and presentations for management
  • Participate in internal auditing of the Business Operating System (BOS)
  • Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing cross-departmental business processes
  • Assist in the planning of internal company events

Requirements

  • Current university enrollment in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Proficiency in both German and English (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft O365
  • High degree of flexibility, commitment, and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in an international environment
