Business HR Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports, including headcount, hiring, attrition, and performance metrics
• Analyze HR data and translate insights into clear, simple summaries for HR and business partners
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes using tools such as Workday, Excel, and Power BI
• Maintain accurate employee data and ensure consistency across all HR systems
• Support key HR processes, including audits and annual programs such as compensation and talent management
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve information sharing and organizational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic to intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to build a career in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in HR or analytics
• Exposure to HR systems like Workday or data visualization tools like Power BI
• Familiarity with HR processes such as talent management, compensation cycles, or performance management
• Self-starter interest in working with data and learning new analytical tools
