Business Head Packaging (FIBC)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the business strategy for the FIBC/Packtech vertical
• Drive revenue growth, profitability (EBITDA), and market expansion globally
• Lead domestic and international sales, including key account acquisition and retention
• Expand presence across US, Europe, and Middle East markets
• Oversee the complete product portfolio including Type A, B, C, D FIBC, UN Certified Bags, and Food Grade solutions
• Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO, BRC, HACCP, and UN Certification
• Align production planning with demand forecasts to maximize capacity utilization
• Drive cost efficiency initiatives across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics
• Own and manage full P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Build and lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, QA, and Supply Chain

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in FIBC, Technical Textiles, or Industrial Packaging
• Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management
• Demonstrated experience in scaling manufacturing operations and handling P&L
• Strong exposure to export markets and global business development
• Deep understanding of compliance, certifications, and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Expertise in UN Certified FIBC Bags, Food Grade FIBC, and Conductive/Anti-static FIBC
• Knowledge of Baffle Bags, Container Liners, and PP Woven solutions
