About the Company

Keertana Finserv Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing NBFC with a strong presence in South India, specializing in Gold Loans. With an AUM of ₹2,250 Cr and Gold Loan AUM of ₹1,600 Cr, we are on track to achieve ₹10,000 Cr AUM by 2029.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to scale the Gold Loan business
• Identify new markets, set up branches, and drive branch profitability
• Drive customer acquisition and increase the Gold Loan portfolio
• Optimize pricing, interest rates, and product offerings for maximum profitability
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and operations team
• Ensure robust risk assessment, collateral security, and regulatory compliance
• Forge partnerships with banks, fintech companies, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred)
• 12+ years of experience in the Gold Loan business within the NBFC/BFSI sector
• Expertise in business expansion, risk management, and P&L ownership
• Strong market knowledge of Gold Loan lending practices and customer behavior
• Willingness to travel extensively across operational regions
