Our platform offers a range of tools and services, including end-to-end global e-commerce & logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, and an Influencer marketing campaign platform.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO to develop and drive customer acquisition and business growth strategies
- Oversee and align Business Development, Sales, and Performance Marketing functions
- Develop and execute go-to-market and growth strategies to expand customer base
- Lead, manage, and coach Business Growth Owners to achieve measurable targets
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisition channels
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to improve acquisition funnels
- Monitor growth KPIs, sales pipeline, CAC, and conversion rates
Requirements
- Proven track record in scaling SaaS products or high-growth startup environments
- Mandatory experience in SaaS, B2B Software, or platform-based businesses
- Expertise in growth strategy, go-to-market execution, and revenue generation
- Experience leading and developing teams with strong coaching skills
- Highly analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in both Thai and English
