Business Growth Consultant

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition and act as a trusted advisor for business setup, licensing, and growth solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Conduct detailed consultations to understand client business goals and recommend tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team targets.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize service pricing.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and client activity logs within CRM systems.
• Provide guidance on company formation, regulatory compliance, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal legal, PRO, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in business development, consulting, or professional services.
• Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and consultative B2B/B2C selling.
• Strong knowledge of business setup, licensing, and corporate advisory services.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
