Business Growth Analyst & Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify new business growth opportunities across target markets and industry segments
• Research and analyze potential target clients, partners, and markets
• Support development of target client lists, outreach strategies, and opportunity pipelines
• Conduct opportunity analysis including market size and revenue potential
• Track KPIs and report progress against strategic initiatives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients and internal departments on production projects
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication between stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation including timelines and status reports
• Work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Production, Operations, and Marketing teams

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, operations, or project management within content production
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
• Experience working with third-party vendors and clients
• Knowledge of content production workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
