Business Generation/Marketing & BD Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support and co-develop key client account plans alongside Country leadership
• Contribute to new client pursuit strategies and sector expansion initiatives
• Conduct market and client research to identify business opportunities
• Maintain and enhance marketing materials including case studies and presentations
• Coordinate client meetings and presentations
• Drive client care programs and capture feedback
• Support and coordinate bid processes using "Bid to Win" methodology
• Prepare and review non-technical proposals for brand consistency
• Prepare monthly Business Generation reports and pipeline updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Marketing
• Experience in consulting, construction, or project management environments preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
