Business Generation & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client engagement activities and relationship management initiatives
• Conduct market, client, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and case studies
• Support bid and proposal development for high-quality, brand-compliant submissions
• Drive key account planning and client care programs
• Lead business generation opportunity meetings and marketing inductions
• Organize networking events and brand-building initiatives
• Prepare business generation and marketing reports for leadership

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field
• 3-4 years experience in business development, marketing, or bid coordination
• Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Fluency in English is required
• Proficiency in German and/or French is highly desirable
