Business Finance Team Lead (LAS)

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing LAS business development team to meet productivity and performance metrics.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partnerships with banks, wealth management firms, brokers, DSAs, and other financial intermediaries.
• Drive lead generation and revenue growth through diverse partner networks and internal teams.
• Own revenue strategy and execution, including building new income streams through structured business development.
• Lead commercial negotiations and structure partnership agreements in collaboration with legal, product, and compliance teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor products to refine business strategy and improve LAS offerings.
• Track team performance and analyze financial outcomes to present reviews to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales within financial services, fintech, NBFCs, or wealth management.
• Mandatory experience in team management and leadership with a track record of driving revenue targets.
• Deep expertise in the Loan Against Securities (LAS) domain or secured lending (LAP, margin funding, etc.).
• Proven ability to generate revenue through partnerships with DSAs, banks, and brokers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Strong analytical capabilities and commercial acumen.
