Business Finance & Capex Controller

Responsibilities

• Interface between finance and business verticals to optimize costs and drive efficient growth
• Lead Capex budget planning and provide real-time financial analysis to influence strategic decisions
• Perform performance reporting of Plan vs. Actuals to ensure spending remains on track
• Identify optimization opportunities within Capex and Opex costs
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of rate trends and key drivers using data-driven insights
• Create and improve processes focused on governance and preventing cost leakage
• Prepare and manage business dashboards for leadership visibility
• Manage stakeholders and conduct weekly reviews with regional business teams
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
• 6-8 years of professional experience in finance
• Proven experience as a business finance partner
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for business presentations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
