Business Execution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the Enterprise Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program by executing governance, risk oversight, and compliance across the third-party lifecycle
• Participate in business operations to ensure success in meeting goals and objectives, including onboarding, risk assessment, and offboarding
• Identify process improvement opportunities by conducting root cause testing of compliance and business metrics
• Coordinate and manage third-party risk assessments, including inherent risk, control evaluations, and remediation tracking
• Collaborate with leaders and executive management to present recommendations for strategic approaches and business performance improvements
• Provide work direction to less experienced staff and assist in the planning of risk mitigation and efficiency initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
• Strong understanding of third-party lifecycle management, risk assessments, and regulatory expectations
• Proficiency with risk management platforms, GRC tools, and advanced reporting via MS Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding third-party service providers or managing HR-specific vendors
• Knowledge of operational risk, including establishing controls, testing, and validation
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SharePoint online
• Background in supply chain management or comprehension of third-party contracts
