Business Execution Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative coaching to the field regarding investment advisory tools and applications, including Unified Advisory Trading, ICapital, and Bond Center.
• Act as a subject matter expert on advisory applications for field users and key business partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the functional area.
• Provide inbound phone and email support to field users and offer escalation assistance for advisory platforms.
• Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to resolve matters efficiently.
• Participate in required training and testing to remain current on all application releases and updates.
• Assist with strategic initiatives and monitor key performance indicators.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• FINRA registration, specifically Series 7 and 66.
• Coaching and training experience within the financial services industry.
• Experience facilitating group meetings, presentations, or delivering formal education.
• Experience supporting investment advisory products or applications.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to recommend best practices based on user needs.
