Business Execution Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Create test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for Retail Core Operations applications
• Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure product quality
• Lead BRD and FSD reviews and manage defect triage and testing traceability
• Provide status reporting and lead meetings with Operations and other key stakeholders
• Execute Agile testing responsibilities including grooming sessions, sprint planning, and daily SCRUM calls
• Partner with Line of Business, Risk/Compliance, and technology partners to ensure requirements are met
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
• Mentor less experienced staff and lead projects within a matrix environment

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in the banking industry
• 8+ years of in-depth knowledge of WIM
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Hands-on expertise with test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, and Confluence
• Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) development and implementation
• Strong manual and automated testing expertise
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Retail Banking applications
• Experience with test automation
• Proficiency in data manipulation and working with databases
• Experience planning and implementing large-scale testing projects including test data management
