Business Excellence Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Site Director to execute strategic priorities and operational improvement initiatives
• Lead and deliver end-to-end transformation projects with measurable impact on cost, quality, delivery, and throughput
• Deploy Lean Six Sigma methodologies including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and root cause analysis
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in variable, non-standard production workflows
• Establish, track, and improve KPIs and performance management systems
• Drive adoption of digital tools, automation, and data analysis to support decision-making
• Facilitate Gemba walks, Kaizen events, and cross-functional problem-solving sessions
• Coach leaders and frontline teams to embed a sustainable culture of continuous improvement
• Standardize key processes while maintaining flexibility for customer-specific requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or operational excellence leadership
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (Black Belt preferred)
• Expertise in process optimization, KPI design, and digital tools
• Demonstrated success delivering tangible operational improvements such as throughput, yield, and cost reduction
• Direct experience leading shop-floor execution
• Experience standardizing processes in variable production environments

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree
