Business Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end mobile systems, from initial architecture to launch strategy
• Identify new product opportunities and scalable Web3 solutions to grow the crypto ecosystem
• Ship production-quality code with a focus on long-term maintainability, documentation, and test coverage
• Break down complex engineering projects into executable tasks and align cross-functional partners
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high engineering standards
• Serve as a subject matter expert within the mobile engineering team and influence decisions through data-driven insights

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent degree/experience
• Proven experience working in fintech, crypto, or Web3 environments
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated proficiency in integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
• Ongoing commitment to AI skill development, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping production-quality mobile code for iOS and/or Android
• Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or React Native
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, wallet integrations, or on-chain data
• Experience contributing to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community
