Business Division Director

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary representative of the Business School at the San Luis Potosí campus
• Define and execute the campus operational plan to meet Business School objectives
• Identify faculty needs and support the recruitment and attraction of high-quality teaching talent
• Ensure efficient group scheduling to maintain the sustainability of the school and campus
• Monitor and follow up on faculty performance commitments
• Support student attraction and selectivity processes
• Ensure high-quality service and attention to students through Career Directors
• Manage and deploy the Tec Educational Model on campus
• Address inquiries, complaints, and suggestions from students, parents, and academic leadership
• Oversee academic quality, rigor, and program accreditation processes

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in a Business-related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management or leadership roles
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Academic Management
• Proven teaching experience
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
• International experience and strong relational capital within the business ecosystem
