About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the senior client relationship with stakeholders across all business units
- Lead weekly and monthly account rhythms including status meetings and QBRs
- Manage overall commercial health, budget tracking, forecasting, and scope management
- Identify and develop organic growth opportunities across the client portfolio
- Partner with the Program Director on studio operations and resource allocation
- Lead and develop a team of Account Managers
- Represent OLIVER at a senior client leadership level
- Work with the AI Transformation Lead to integrate AI-driven efficiencies into operations
Requirements
- Track record of leading large, complex client accounts in an agency or in-house environment
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting
- Experience in higher education, healthcare, or mission-driven marketing is a differentiator
- Ability to facilitate strategic conversations with VP-level stakeholders
- Proven people leadership and team development skills
- Understanding of creative production operations in high-volume environments
- Ability to integrate AI across studio projects and operations
