Business Director

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior client lead across the MDC Factory, owning relationships with key stakeholders
• Maintain alignment between client objectives and operational delivery
• Provide transparency across performance, delivery status, risks, and optimization opportunities
• Set and guide the strategic direction of the content factory, including GenAI and automation integration
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and output quality
• Support the evolution of a global delivery model across regions
• Monitor KPIs and SLA performance in partnership with the Operations Director
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-risk issues
• Support the commercial health of the account, including budget oversight and scope management
• Lead client-facing reporting and governance forums such as QBRs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in project and/or account management
• Experience with automation and AI tools
• Experience with beauty and/or dermatological products
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Workfront and Microsoft 365
• Proven ability to manage complex programs and client relationships
• Leadership skills with financial and strategic thinking abilities
