Responsibilities

• Line manage a team of Account Directors, providing coaching and development in integrated media and data analytics
• Lead the evolution of Implementational Planning and drive media transformation projects
• Oversee soft P&L, drive revenue growth, and manage team allocations
• Improve planning, optimisation, and budget processes within the WPP Open ecosystem
• Build strong relationships with senior clients and internal departments like Data & Analytics and Investment
• Craft learning agendas for media testing and define KPIs using WPP Open Intelligence
• Elevate the profile of Implementational Planning through training and thought leadership

Requirements

• Proven planning and buying experience across diverse media channels
• Deep understanding of full-funnel brand and performance media
• Mastery of integrated media strategies including digital, traditional, audio, VOD, and AV
• Expertise in designing and analysing media testing frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interrogate data from tools like Google Analytics, TGI, or YouGov
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing professional teams
• Experience in P&L management and supporting new business pitches
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex strategies to senior stakeholders
