Business Director - Enterprise Strategy, Models and Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead the models and infrastructure for the Arbitration team, acting as a strategic decision engine to maximize enterprise-wide engagement and value.
• Translate complex technical model performance into business growth by collaborating with Data Science, Product, and executive partners.
• Own the strategic roadmap for the modeling ecosystem, from initial prototype analysis to full-scale deployment.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Manage and develop analysts, providing coaching and mentoring to foster talent retention.
• Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently, ensuring the delivery of business intent and product strategy.
• Drive improvements in credit performance by connecting consumer credit trends to historical behavior through rigorous analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis.
• At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis.
• At least 2 years of experience performing people management.
• At least 2 years of experience performing project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services.
• 1+ year of experience in consulting.
