Business Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the Brex integration strategy by architecting target operating models and driving business-to-business payments transformation
• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success in response to shifting consumer and regulatory behavior
• Manage and develop a team of analysts, providing coaching and mentoring to develop talent within the organization
• Implement new product and pricing strategies and lead product-level modeling and analytics
• Coordinate across lines of business to manage delivery of business intent and execute against product strategy
• Partner with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive improvements in quality, volume, and profitability
• Use rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive decision-making and solve complex business challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of experience performing quantitative analysis
• 4+ years of experience performing qualitative analysis
• 2+ years of experience performing people management
• 2+ years of experience performing project management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in financial services
• 1+ year of experience in consulting
