Business Director - Auto

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for the Auto division.
• Lead product and pricing strategies, including product-level data modeling and analytics.
• Direct consumer marketing efforts and build targeted insights to design new customer experiences.
• Drive improvements in credit performance by connecting consumer credit trends to historical behavior and creating risk models.
• Manage and sequence the delivery of business intent, including building requirements and overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage, coach, and mentor analysts to develop and retain high-performing talent.
• Partner with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve quality, volume, and service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 4+ years of experience in quantitative analysis.
• 4+ years of experience in qualitative analysis.
• 2+ years of experience in people management.
• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong executive communication and strategic influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services.
• 1+ year of experience in consulting.
