Business Development/Factory Sales

Responsibilities

• Manage technical and commercial inquiries and orders in close cooperation with Business Line, Sales, Manufacturing, and suppliers
• Perform cost calculations and plausibility checks for manufacturing costs of new and existing products
• Act as Work Package Manager for the industrialization of new products at the Mühlheim plant
• Coordinate project-related tasks with internal interfaces including Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Sales, and Production
• Contribute to pricing and business strategies in collaboration with the Business Line organization and plant management
• Identify and analyze loss-making business areas and initiate corrective measures
• Prepare statistics, presentations, and other technical documentation
• Represent site interests to both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Proven knowledge in project management
• Knowledge of automotive quality systems (e.g., APQP)
• Strong analytical, systematic, and independent working style
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
• Fluent English skills
