Business Development

Responsibilities

• Expand Milwaukee's market share for accessories in the Netherlands by maximizing revenue and profitability across new and existing accounts.
• Identify growth opportunities within distribution channels and end-user segments.
• Develop and implement market development plans, including annual planning, budgeting, and marketing input.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, Account Managers, and Job Site Solutions teams to convert large end-users to Milwaukee accessories.
• Conduct internal and external training and provide test products to dealers and end-users.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.
• Analyze competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management team.

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience and product knowledge within an accessories-related business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, performance-driven approach.
• Experience in forecast, contract, and margin management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
