Business Development & Strategy Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement lead-steering mechanics for optimal distribution and prioritization
• Develop and test products to reactivate lost leads and reduce funnel drop-offs
• Build and scale alternative sales funnels and optimize booking processes to increase conversion rates
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams
• Define, track, and interpret relevant funnel and performance KPIs

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
• Strong academic background in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Proven track-record in management consulting, VC/PE, or scale-ups
• Hands-on mentality with experience in operational implementation
• Fluent German language skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Sales or Marketing funnel/performance contexts
• Ability to develop with AI or experience implementing AI solutions
