About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and developing new partnership opportunities for Tamara.
- Collaborate with Partnerships Managers, Partner Success, and Marketing teams to strategize creative outreach campaigns.
- Manage the initial stages of the Business Development pipeline through phone, email, and social media outreach.
- Drive new client acquisition, revenue, and market share within the e-commerce industry to meet or exceed quotas.
- Engage potential partners to understand their goals and educate them on the value proposition of Tamara.
- Develop best practices and efficient processes to grow the merchant partner base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Full written and verbal fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Strong ability to work with data, generate actionable insights, and create professional PowerPoint presentations for sales pitches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
