About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and developing new partnership opportunities for Tamara.
  • Manage the initial stages of the Business Development pipeline through outreach and lead nurturing via phone, email, and social media.
  • Collaborate with Partnership Managers, Partner Success, and Marketing teams to strategize creative outreach campaigns.
  • Drive new client acquisition, revenue, and market share within the e-commerce industry to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Engage potential partners to understand their goals and educate them on the value proposition of Tamara.
  • Develop best practices and efficient processes to scale the merchant partner base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to create actionable insights.
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills for delivering sales pitches.
