About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage direct sales in the Asia-Pacific region, including Australia and New Zealand
  • Follow up on leads from the website and other sources
  • Conduct online and face-to-face product demonstrations for prospects across all industry verticals
  • Prepare proposals, provide pricing, negotiate, and close deals
  • Participate in management meetings and contribute to sales strategy
  • Train and mentor sales team members on new product features
  • Coordinate with customer service to ensure prospects and customers receive adequate technical support

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven sales experience in software or software services
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Hands-on problem-solving aptitude for complex business needs
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver value to partners
  • Ability to work onsite in Baner, Pune (5 days WFO)
