Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients and partners
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement business development strategies
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations
• Monitor industry trends and emerging markets to identify areas for growth
• Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and KPIs
• Support negotiations and closing processes in collaboration with senior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Strong market research, data analysis, and proposal writing skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
