About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets
- Manage and grow an existing book of accounts through regular site visits
- Conduct site assessments to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and service agreements
- Coordinate with service and installation teams for project handoffs
- Use CRM software to track activity and manage pipeline
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements
- 2–5 years of outside sales or field sales experience
- Experience in commercial doors, dock equipment, construction, or building products preferred
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or construction documents is a plus
- Proficient with CRM tools and standard business software
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
