About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lead generating market initiatives by providing elevator maintenance consultation
- Understand customer and market conditions to present positioned offers that meet specific needs
- Survey elevator systems to determine viable service options and strategies
- Identify and prepare bid opportunities to construct maintenance proposals and capital budgeting plans
- Develop recapture strategies and negotiate with potential customers
- Provide technical advice, deliver effective sales presentations, and build long-term customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for managing internal and external relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft-based computer software
- Strong time management, organizational, and goal-oriented skills
- Ability to work effectively in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the elevator industry
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience
