About the role

Responsibilities

  • Select and analyze prospects for planning and eligibility
  • Assess credit risks of new workshops and share findings with parts distributors
  • Generate target outlet lists and perform personal performance analysis
  • Initiate contact through calls, emails, and visits
  • Present network benefits and advantages to potential partners
  • Manage contract and legal documentation for onboarding
  • Coordinate with Business Success Specialists for seamless onboarding
  • Conduct experience surveys to gather feedback

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks and legal documentation
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the parts trade
  • Native German language speaker
  • Comfortable adapting to new digital technologies
