Business Development Specialist/Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in the GPS tracking and IoT device markets
• Identify high-value business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Lead and mentor a business development team to ensure alignment with company goals
• Conduct high-level product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to optimize business strategies
• Manage contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closures
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
• Travel to visit clients and expand business outreach

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in business development or sales
• Proven experience in technology, IoT, or SaaS industries
• Demonstrated track record of driving sales and revenue growth
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
