Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Operations to align growth strategies
• Direct sales with end-customers in sectors such as finance, corporate, and education
• Manage SI Partners, specifically in Pro AV (Pro Audio/Visual) and IT/OA (IT & office automation)

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B fulfillment and project leading
• BSc in Information Technology, Electronics, Electricity, Computer, or AV Engineering
• Fluency in both English and Turkish
• High-level proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong presentation and consulting skills
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and teamwork abilities
