Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage pitch timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed with excellence and on schedule
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless collaboration and progress
• Manage communications within the core pitch team regarding timing and required inputs
• Attend key pitch meetings to consolidate and track follow-up actions
• Maintain high responsiveness and professional communication with potential clients
• Proactively identify and pilot ways to leverage AI to enhance the pitch process and output

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience, including internships (agency experience is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required by client schedules
