Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support business development and marketing efforts for the White Collar Investigation & Defense practice.
• Drive the creation and maintenance of collateral materials, including bespoke pitch documents, standardized pitch decks, and matter descriptions.
• Support visibility initiatives such as conferences, sponsorships, professional association memberships, and speaking opportunities.
• Provide guidance and support for client relationship activities, including events and relationship reviews.
• Collaborate with market intelligence and CRM teams to support client targeting, research reports, and high-quality client data maintenance.

Requirements

• University degree.
• 3-5+ years of experience in professional services.
• Proven experience creating and developing business pitches.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact comfortably with executives.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
