About the role
Responsibilities
- Support business development and marketing efforts for the White Collar Investigation & Defense practice.
- Drive the creation and maintenance of collateral materials, including bespoke pitch documents, standardized pitch decks, and matter descriptions.
- Support visibility initiatives such as conferences, sponsorships, professional association memberships, and speaking opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support for client relationship activities, including events and relationship reviews.
- Collaborate with market intelligence and CRM teams to support client targeting, research reports, and high-quality client data maintenance.
Requirements
- University degree.
- 3-5+ years of experience in professional services.
- Proven experience creating and developing business pitches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact comfortably with executives.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
