Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support business development and marketing efforts for assigned practices, regions, and individual partner objectives.
• Drive the creation and maintenance of collateral materials, including bespoke pitch documents, standardized pitch decks, and litigation matter lists.
• Support lawyer visibility initiatives such as conferences, sponsorships, professional association memberships, and speaking opportunities.
• Provide guidance and support for client relationship activities, including events, relationship reviews, and opportunity spotting.
• Collaborate with market intelligence and CRM teams on client targeting, research reports, and maintaining high-quality client data.

Requirements

• University degree.
• 3-5+ years of experience in professional services.
• Proven experience creating and developing business pitches or learning programs.
• High attention to detail and strong project management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound, independent judgments.

• Experience working with CRM systems.
